I chose this book as I was looking for something quick and easy to read and this fit the bill perfectly. An added bonus was that it was also interesting with a whole lot packed into its limited pages.

It’s simply written and, being a novella, the author gets to the point almost straight away. The majority of the characters are engaging although the missing teenager did irritate me a little at times.

The characters aren’t too complex. In my opinion, this book sets introduces the characters just enough to hook you. In my opinion it makes you want to read more of the series.

Thanks for reading, until next time.
