Welcome to Day 6 of #Blogmas and today we are talking festive scents. One of the things I love about Christmas are the smells: candy canes, pine trees, cranberries. I love them, although not the cinnamon; I’m not a huge lover of that.
From the beginning of December, I crack open all my Christmas candles and melts and start to bring the festive season to life with them all.
Here are a few of my favourite festive scents
I’ve had one of the large Sparkling Snow Yankee Candle jars for ages and I adore the smell. Last year it finally ran out and I was gutted.
However my dismay was short lived when I came across one in the Books Christmas catalogue. Needless to say it went straight on my Christmas list and I was lucky enough to find one under the tree on Christmas Day.
Another of my favourites is The Perfect Tree. This has a lovely fresh pine smell, again perfect for invoking some Christmas cheer.
I get most of my melts from Geekette Creations on Etsy, although due to ill health she hasn’t been open for a while. Nevertheless her melts are amazing and the smell last for ages.
She also makes some amazing candles too.
