Loving… June

We’ve reached the end of June and it looks like summer has been and gone. I don’t know about you but I am definitely missing the sun. I always feel more motivated when the sun is shining regardless of the temperature.

So while I wallow in my misery at being cold and wet, let’s see what have I been loving this month.

My Blog Relaunch

If you have been following my blog, then I’m sure you’ll be aware that I’ve been AWOL for a little over a month, and for that I’m apologise.  I took a little time out to re-evaulate what I was hoping to achieve from the blog and the direction I was hoping to go.

While on holiday I gave some thought as to how I wanted to proceed and I’m now back, and am hoping it will be bigger and better than previously.

I have removed all the book reviews and stationery/planning posts am slowly transferring them to two new blogs I have set up. If you still want to read these posts then you can follow me at My Eclectic Reads and The Chaotic Paper Geek.

I have also had a bit of a redesign with my colours and logo. What do you think?

My Chaotically Eclectic Life

Father’s Day/Family Time

Unfortunately Corey was ill on Father’s Day so we didn’t have the fun packed family day out we had initially planned. Instead,  Anya went out with her dad while Corey and I were relegated to chilling in the house. We did manage a bit if time together in the garden with the paddling pool so it wasn’t all bad.

The Mini Heatwave

As I write this the weather is horrible. It’s cold and wet and not at all what you would expect for June.

I loved the mini heatwave we had a couple of weeks ago and I’m still hopeful that we will be able to enjoy some more sun very soon. Otherwise I might have to turn the heating on.

Wax Melts

A couple of months ago I was lucky enough to be accepted as part of the PR team for a Geekette Creations (formerly TSG Wax Melts). Every month I receive a fabulous box of hand made melts. Last months tropical themed box was full of gorgeous fruity scents. My favourite so far has to be Monkey Farts which smells of pineapple and banana. If you want to know more then head over the the Geekette Creations Facebook page. The next box goes on sale on Sunday and if you quote Debbie10 when you check out you will receive 10% off any orders over £5.

So that’s what I been enjoying throughout June. I’m now looking forward to July as we have some big things planned, so watch this space.  What have you been loving this month?

Thanks for reading, until next time.
